  • Are the signatures real?

       
Yes, all items we sell have been personally and individually signed by their respective players. We do not, nor ever have used any copying techniques or "Auto-pen" on our items. They are 100% real and genuine.
        

  • What does "Please note that the actual item may vary slightly from the displayed picture" mean?
    
As all our products are individually and personally signed, variance may occur to where the signatures are located on the items. Also, as all our items are in editions ranging upwards of 1500, the numbers displayed will also be different to what is displayed in the picture.

  • Can I have a certain edition number for my purchase?

        
If possible we can accommodate numbers you may request, although we can not guarantee it will be available. It may have been issued or reserved.


  •    Can I pick up?
                
        Yes, we have a factory located in Wetherill Park, NSW. But as we are primarily an online store, pick up hours are
        usually arranged in advance to ensure someone is available to handle your order. To do this, please call us or
        send us an email to arrange a time and date.

        • How long will my order take to be delivered?

        Your order is generally dispatched within 2-5 business days, usually sooner. All orders are framed on purchase at our factory. Postage usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive, but some areas may take more time. You will be notified and provided with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

        • My item has been damaged during transit, what do I do?

        While we take every precaution to avoid this, it can sometimes still happen. If your item has been damage while in transit to you, just give us a call and we will replace it for you.

        • Can I have a discount if I buy multiple items?
                
        Yes, just give us a call or send us an email, and we can work out a deal.
